Menurut saya, Mata Kuliah Etika Bisnis merupakan salah satu studi yang sangat wajib dan sangat penting untuk dipelajari oleh bidang manajemen, karena etika bisnis ini mempelajari tentang suatu cara untuk mengatur perilaku seorang individu atau kelompok  untuk menjalankan suatu kegiatan yang ada pada suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Biasanya etika bisnis dalam suatu perusahaan atau organisasi dijalankan berdasarkan mentaati aturan-aturan yang sejalan dengan hukum atau undang-undang yang berlaku di suatu masyarakat atau negara. Etika Bisnis bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan rasa peduli atau memberikan rasa hormat kepada orang sekitar, dan perilaku karyawan serta pimpinan dalam membangun hubungan yang baik dengan para pelanggan, karyawan lainnya, dan pemegang saham maupun masyarakat. Maka dari itu etika bisnis sangat diperlukan untuk seseorang dalam menjalankan suatu bisnis atau usaha karena sifat kita dapat dinilai dengan perilaku yang kita lakukan.
